A) Withdrawal Policy for Consumers

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason, from the date the contract is concluded.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To meet the deadline, send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from receipt of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

4. Immediate Provision of TimeLokator

Access to TimeLokator may be provided immediately after registration or successful payment. For consumers, the statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected. The immediate provision or use of TimeLokator does not automatically cause the right of withdrawal to expire.

Business customers acting in the course of their trade or profession do not have the statutory consumer right of withdrawal.
